2. No Guarantees
While we work with pure intention and strong spiritual rituals, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on many factors, including energy, timing, and free will. Our philosophy is Results-First, and we never charge upfront spell fees.
By purchasing materials or engaging Baba Ali’s services, you acknowledge and accept that spiritual work is not an exact science and that timelines mentioned on this website, in consultations, or in the Client Portal are estimates based on typical past experiences rather than binding commitments. We will never ask you to pay additional “guarantee” fees, and any party claiming to represent Baba Ali who does so should be reported to us immediately.
3. Client Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your situation. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Our guidance is spiritual in nature and should be used with faith and an open heart.
You further agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, including attempts to harm, harass, stalk, or coerce another person. Baba Ali’s spiritual work is intended solely to restore genuine love and connection through ethical, consensual spiritual means, and any misuse of our services for manipulative or harmful purposes is strictly against our practice and may result in termination of services without refund of material costs already incurred.
4. Donations
Our services are offered freely, and you are only asked to contribute the cost of materials used in your ritual. Any additional donation is purely voluntary, based on the results you receive and from the heart.
There is no fixed donation amount, no minimum contribution, and no schedule by which a donation must be made. We will never pressure, invoice, or threaten a client for a donation. If you are ever contacted by anyone demanding payment on Baba Ali’s behalf outside of our official website, WhatsApp number, or Client Portal, please treat it as fraudulent and contact us directly to verify.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, and materials, are the property of Baba Ali Ex Back Love Spells and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
This includes the visual design, layout, custom illustrations, ritual photography, video testimonials, and written content found across exbacklovespells.com. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith direct communication with Baba Ali before any formal proceeding is pursued.
9. Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us directly at contact@exbacklovespells.com or via WhatsApp so that we may attempt to resolve your concern informally and in good faith. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through direct communication with Baba Ali or his client support team, and we are committed to fair, respectful resolution of any issue raised by a client.
10. Third-Party Payment & Communication Tools
Our website may reference or link to third-party tools used to facilitate communication and material contributions, including WhatsApp, email providers, and payment or donation processors. Your use of those third-party tools is subject to their own separate terms and privacy policies, and Baba Ali Ex Back Love Spells is not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of those third-party platforms.
11. Entire Agreement & Severability

Once sacred materials have been gathered or a ritual has commenced, those material costs are considered used and are non-recoverable, as the herbs, candles, and ritual items cannot be resold or reused for another client.
13. Communication Consent
By providing your phone number, email address, or WhatsApp contact through our booking form, Client Portal, or AI Spell Recommender Quiz, you consent to receive communications from Baba Ali Ex Back Love Spells related to your consultation, ritual updates, and relevant spiritual guidance. You may withdraw this consent at any time by notifying us directly, though doing so may limit our ability to provide timely updates on your spiritual work.
14. Definitions
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Baba Ali Ex Back Love Spells and its practitioners; “you” and “client” refer to any individual accessing our website or engaging our services; “materials” refers to the herbs, candles, oils, and ritual items required to perform a requested spell; and “donation” refers to any voluntary contribution offered after results have manifested, which is never required or expected.
15. Client Portal Use
Clients granted access to our secure Client Portal agree to keep their login credentials confidential and to use the Portal solely to track their own spiritual progress, communicate with Baba Ali’s team, and review ritual updates. Sharing Portal access with third parties, attempting to access another client’s account or data, or using the Portal for any purpose unrelated to your own spiritual journey is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension of access. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality of information shared through the Portal, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
