Materials-Only Refund Policy
Baba Ali charges for agreed ritual materials only. Before any work begins, you will receive a clear explanation of the materials proposed and their cost. Spiritual guidance, outcomes, another person’s decisions, contact, reconciliation, or timing are never sold or guaranteed.
100% Material Refund
If you cancel before the agreed materials are purchased, prepared, personalized, or used, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the material amount paid. If a material purchase has already been made but the materials remain unused and returnable, Baba Ali will refund 100% of the verified material cost after return or cancellation is confirmed.
When a Refund Is Not Available
A material refund cannot apply to materials that have already been purchased specifically for your case, personalized, prepared, consumed, used in agreed work, or cannot legally or safely be returned. No refund can be based on a requested relationship outcome, another person’s actions, or a claimed result, because those outcomes are never guaranteed.
How to Request a Refund
Contact contact@exbacklovespells.com or call/WhatsApp +1 (224) 377-9166. Include your name, the date of the agreement, and the material item(s) involved. Refund requests are reviewed promptly and, when eligible, returned to the original payment method where possible.
Questions Before Payment
Please ask questions before approving materials. You should never be pressured by urgency, threats, promises of guaranteed outcomes, or repeated payment demands.
