The Particular Challenge of Love After 40

People who are looking for love after 40 face a different landscape than those searching in their twenties. More complex emotional histories. More firmly established lives that require real compatibility rather than the simpler flexibility of youth. Greater self-knowledge — which is a gift — alongside patterns formed over decades that can make genuine openness harder to achieve.

Where It Started — Rock Bottom
